Punjabi actor-singer Parmish Verma, who opened his innings in Punajbi film industry with action-drama Rocky Mental is all set to woo the audiences with the film's sequel.

Parmish took to his Instagram handle to share this news with his fans. Parmish shared his workout videos and captioned it- “#MentalReturns Soon. Who’s Waiting ?”

As per a source, Parmish has been working on his physique for the past six months.

Recently, he took to his social media handle to share about the same. He posted a picture of him from the gym alongside his trainer and wrote - “House with a 100% Dedication but a Busted KNEE and a Torn Bicep. I remember our First Workout with a “2 Kilo Pink Dumbell“ We have a Long Way to Go. Welcome to the Beginning. @guradeshmann Love You Bro. #NoDaysOff”.
