The upcoming film starring Salman Khan, previously titled “Battle of Galwan,” has been officially renamed “Matrabhoomi – May War Rest in Peace,” according to an announcement from Salman Khan Films.

The production company confirmed the title change while also unveiling a new poster for the film. The poster was released on the studio’s official platforms, generating early interest among fans ahead of the movie’s release.

Producers said the change is more than a simple title update and is intended to reflect the broader message behind the story. The new tagline, “May War Rest in Peace,” suggests the film will not only focus on the theme of war but will also highlight the importance of peace.

While the film was earlier associated with the title “Battle of Galwan,” the revised name “Matrabhoomi – May War Rest in Peace” is meant to emphasize a message about conflict, sacrifice and the hope for peace, according to the announcement.
