Sharmila Tagore and Simi Garewal walk the red carpet at Cannes

Veteran actor and celebrated host Simi Garewal made a striking debut at the 78th annual Cannes Film Festival gracing the red carpet alongside actor Sharmila Tagore and acclaimed filmmaker Wes Anderson. Garewal was in Cannes for a special screening of Aranyer Din Ratri (1970), a classic directed by the legendary Satyajit Ray, in which she starred.

Known for her timeless style and love for the color white, Simi stayed true to her signature aesthetic for the occasion. She wore a custom-designed ivory ensemble by Indian designer label Karleo, marking a memorable entry into the global fashion scene.

Sharmila Tagore walked the red carpet wearing a green saree, accompanied by her daughter, Saba Ali Khan, who wore a bright yellow traditional outfit.
