The counting of votes cast for the Lok Sabha elections has started. NDA is leading in early trends. Apart from this, the India alliance is also giving a strong fight. If we talk about Punjab, here the Congress is getting great response in the initial trends.

Aam Aadmi Party is leading from Hoshiarpur, Anandpur Sahib and Sangrur in trends. Congress is leading from Gurdaspur, Amritsar, Jalandhar, Ludhiana, Fatehgarh Sahib, Ferozepur and Patiala. In which the seat of Charanjit Singh Channi from Jalandhar is almost certain. Amritpal Singh is leading from Khadur Sahib by a significant margin (54000). Sarabjit Khalsa from Faridkot is next (26000).
