Suspended Vancouver Police officer Kalwinder Dosanjh has been granted bail under 23 strict conditions following his arrest in Surrey. Canada has imposed retaliatory tariffs ranging from 15 to 50 per cent on a range of goods imported from the United States, affecting an estimated $28 billion worth of U.S. imports. British Columbia’s unemployment rate rose by 0.3 percentage points to 6.5% in August, while the province recorded a net loss of about 5,500 jobs, according to Statistics Canada.
