The Government of Canada will issue an update on the country's financial status in the last week of this month.

Finance Minister Chrystia Freeland will deliver the Fall Economic Statement in the House of Commons on November 21.

Meanwhile, she will also give information about housing and capacity.

On October 24, she had said in a press conference that the government would try to take steps for housing and affordability while staying within a fiscally responsible framework.

It is worth noting that the Liberals are trying to deal with the housing crisis at a time when many recent polls show them lagging behind the Conservatives.

The Fall Economic Statement will provide information on the state of the Canadian economy and the steps the government is taking to create jobs and build more homes.

Last month, the Parliamentary Budget Officer estimated that the federal deficit could rise to $46.5 billion as government revenue slows and spending increases.

The explanation and the number of affected cases were released 17 days after the initial notices were sent to certificate holders. Federal officials said
