Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney expressed grief over the Air India crash. The Prime Minister said that it was very sad to learn about the crash of the Air India flight from Ahmedabad to London, in which 242 passengers, including a Canadian, were on board.

PM Carney expressed his condolences to the families of all the victims of the plane crash. From Prime Minister Narendra Modi to British Prime Minister Keir Starmer and Australian PM Anthony Albanese, all world leaders have also expressed grief over the accident. In Ahmedabad, Air India's Boeing 787 Dreamliner crashed into the fourth building of the hostel of the Civil Hospital. In which resident doctors lived.

During the incident, there were 50 to 60 intern doctors in the hostel. Most of them were having lunch in the mess. The impact of the explosion was so great that the bodies of the doctors who were killed inside were also broken into pieces. After the accident, the hostel has become like ruins.
