Amidst the ongoing farmers movement in Punjab, BJP state president Sunil Jakhar today attacked farmers leaders, Congress and AAP government.

While talking to the media, he said that he is ready to leave the BJP for the sake of the farmers, but first the leaders should tell why the agitation is being done for the crop which they do not plan to produce.

Jakhar said that leaders like Rakesh Tikait are using Punjab for vested interests.

He said that the Center was ready to guarantee the minimum support price on crops produced in Punjab, but the farmer leaders remained adamant on the demand for guarantee on 23 crops.
