BJP leader from Punjab and Union Minister Ravneet Bittu has launched a sharp attack on the farmers' leaders of Punjab. Talking to reporters in Jalandhar, Bittu said that the real farmers are trapped in the markets, the leaders who are ruining this state.

He said that the Center has given 44 thousand crores of rupees to the state to raise one bait at a time on MSP.

It is to be noted that the purchase of paddy has stopped in Punjab. There is disappointment among the farmers regarding this. Aggrieved by this, the farmers and Aartis blocked the Jalandhar-Pathankot national highway from 1.30 pm today, which continued till night.

Farmers say that currently paddy harvesting work is at its peak but the administrative and market officials are not solving the matter.
