Punjabi music and film personality Ammy Virk has opened up about the anguish he is enduring as rising unrest in the Middle East has left his wife and young daughter stuck in the United Arab Emirates.
The actor-singer recently shared a heartfelt message describing the emotional weight he has been carrying since tensions flared following the Israel–US strikes on Iran. With his six-year-old child far from home, Virk admitted that maintaining composure has been nearly impossible.
He revealed that every news alert feels deeply personal. As a public figure, he may appear resilient, but he emphasized that beyond the spotlight, he is simply a husband and father gripped by worry. What shook him most was his daughter’s attempt at bravery — telling him she would hide under her bed if danger came. For Virk, those words cut deeper than any headline.
The star, known for his performances in Nikka Zaildar, 83, and Bad Newz, extended his prayers beyond his own household.
Virk also conveyed appreciation for the efforts reportedly being undertaken by authorities in the UAE to safeguard residents and visitors. He expressed gratitude for the support systems in place and voiced hope that calm will soon return, allowing families to reunite without fear.
